Simogen Development Ltd was formed in September 2003. The difference between our company and the others on the Island is that Simogen Development is part of 2 successful construction companies, One based in the UK ( Roseline Construction ) who have been in business for over 20 years and the other ( Bastaslar Insaat ) which have been in business on the Island since the early 60’s. The combination of these already well established companies have made Simogen Development Ltd an over night success and one of the best and well known developers on the Island.

We have an office based in the UK and we have another 2 offices in Cyprus. The head office being in Nicosia ( Lekosa ) and another general sales office in Kyrenia ( Girne )
