Maintenance Services Gardening: Once a week service. General up keep of the garden. Watering, planting, bedding and weeding of plants. Landscape Design. This can be done according to the customers needs and requests by a qualified garden
technician. i.e.: Lawns, flower beds, ect. *The whole of the garden area will be fumigated against bugs and insects.

Air-condition and water services: Twice a year.
*All the air conditioners in the building will be checked. Once at the beginning of winter and once at the beginning of summer. This service will consist of general maintenance of the machine and gas will be added when needed.
*All the water tanks for the house will be checked for leaks and rusting If any is found it will be treated on the spot.
*All the water supply in and out of the house will be controlled and any maintenance needed will be carried out.

Cleaning: Once every 3 months if empty, once a week if occupied. The whole of the interior will be cleaned. Dusting, polishing, hovering, mopping, bathrooms and toilets. Inside and outside windows washed. *The house will be fumigated against bugs and insects. Pool: Once a week during the winter months, twice a week in the summer.
General cleaning and treatment of pool. Chlorine treatment. Hovering and brush cleaning. Maintenance of pumps and drainage.

Electrical Services: Once a year.
*Electrical mains from the interior and exterior will be controlled and checked to ensure all is in
working order.
*Any additional extensions to outlets will be supplied on request.

House Insurance: 1 year super house insurance policy premium is: 285 Stg which covers fire,
lightening, explosion, smoke, flood or water overflow caused by internal water, storm, landslide, lockout, ill intended acts and terrorism, snow drift, theft.

General Repairs: Once every 6 months.
*Repairs or adjustments to decoration of house ( interior or exterior )
*Faulty plumbing.
*Faulty appliances in the household.

Security: ( if there is a system installed ) Once every 6 months.
*A run through of the system is done and checked for faults.
*All connections are looked at and repaired if needed.
*General cleaning of equipment is carried out.

Furniture & Fitting:
*On request subject to agreed price

Household Shopping Service:
*On request including groceries on arrival and any other personal
requirements.

Household goods service: ( Price will be determined according to the needs of the customer )
*Linen.
*Electrical equipment.

General Household Utility Bills:
*Payment for standing and useage charges per month.
